Living a Meaningful Life
My work as a Clinical Psychologist are guided by my values of
service, humility, and open-heartedness.
I support adults and teens navigating a range of mental health concerns and life issues. Many of my clients feel they have drifted from living purposefully and meaningfully, yet are held back by unresolved trauma, grief, or chronic stress. I help adults break long-standing patterns and return to living in alignment with their values, with extensive experience in serving healthcare professionals, first responders, educators, and community leaders who carry the weight of burnout or moral injury. Teens find in our work a safe, non-judgmental space to learn how to regulate their emotions, strengthen relationships, and foster resilience.
My therapy approach integrates evidenced-based interventions with holistic and ancestral knowledge of wellness. I am primarily influenced by Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment theory and mindfulness-based interventions. As a globally raised multiethnic woman, I deeply appreciate how cultural, historical, and systemic factors shape emotional health and healing.
My clinical work is strengthened by my experience managing nonprofit statewide home-health and sexual-assault response programs, conducting research, authoring clinician-focused resources, providing clinical supervision, and delivering specialized training.
Whether you are new to therapy, or still searching for the right fit, it's my privilege to help you get started. I look forward to hearing your story.
